When you think “video marketing” or “video content,” we wouldn’t be surprised to hear that you’ve had a bad experience in the past or met an associate that did. Yep, we get it. Video has been a rapidly growing industry in the past four years, and with rapid growth comes encounters with unprofessional operators, something we are not.

Fortunately, we have a video production process that is simple and effective. It can be broken down into five simple steps, sped up in times of need to ensure a fluid delivery for those pinch deadlines.

Step One: Discovery

Through the use of our discovery form & initial meeting, we uncover your business needs, budget & deadline to craft a proposal or quote that will suit your needs.

Step Two: Creative Direction

Once you’ve accepted your proposal and paid a deposit, we launch into the Creative Direction phase of your project. Here we will synthesize your initial ideas, brand identity, and objective to create the first treatment & storyboard for your project.

Step Three: Pre Production

Now we have a concept nailed down; it’s time to pull the pieces together to execute the project. Booking shoot days, team, talent for interviews, scripting & populating questions for your video are all done here. Before the production, there will be a simple one-page production brief with all of the moving parts in one place for reference.

We have a regular cadence of communication for your project, so don’t worry if you don’t have your hands on the wheel; we do.

Step Four: Production

Shoot day is here; our production crew is on-site preparing our scenes. Our on-site producer will be driving the day, and before you know it, we’ll be rolling.

Step Five: Post Production

Our editing process entails 48-58 steps, including effects, color grading, audio mastering, and a final quality assurance check before we send you a draft for review and feedback. After we wrap up shooting, your footage is backed up across three networks, and editing begins within 48 hours. On average, this process takes 14 days and can be sped up with an additional fast delivery fee, guaranteeing a 48-hour return.

Once you receive your draft, we are in the revision rounds; you have two revisions per video with us.

After approval, you’ll be sent multiple Hi-Res files in different formats for your channels.
